Free Trial
Mission HUD offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. We encourage you to evaluate the software thoroughly during this period before subscribing.
Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Monthly plans: Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual plans: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel and a prorated credit may be issued at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@missionhud.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Basic features (BYOK, local execution, git integration) remain available indefinitely.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
